Everything was excellent from start to finish: very friendly staff through the hotel, very nice, spacious and well appointed room (if you can, get a junior suite with lake view), dinner at the restaurant was also very good (nice variety of choices and good wine list, nice views of the lake from almost all tables) and so was the breakfast (wide selection). Highly highly recommended!

Charming welcome and helpful lady at reception. She was very professional and kind. The room was lovely with a balcony and fabulous view over lake Bodensee. Very comfortable bed and super shower. Excellent and fast room service dinner. Safe free parking and free coffee, fruit and water available. A very well managed hotel.

Exceptionally clean and very accommodating staff. The receptionist provided us with different pillows for neck support which was really helpful. The breakfast was great, and the building itself is very well kept with staff seeming to be constantly busy maintaining it which was good to see.
